Great location, near canal du midi and train station. Cheap and surprisingly quiet. Polite and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. It was almost directly opposite the train station, which was perfect as I had to catch an early train the next morning. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Lastly, the rooms were exactly like they appeared in the pictures. They were clean and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is near the train station and close to tourist attractions. However, the hotel is situated in a pretty sorry neighborhood, which may not be the best area to stay in. The rooms are small and bare, with some overlooking a major road and the Canal du Midi, resulting in road noise. The breakfast is decent with options like fresh fruit, croissants, bread, and coffee. The staff is friendly and there is fast wifi available.
The hotel has a bizarre policy of keeping the entrance door locked at all times, causing guests to wait for someone to open the door, which can be frustrating.
